Beautiful fuschia mega Egyptian Swirl necklace featuring carved beads of various colors of pink variscite in the shape of a bird as its centerpiece. Necklace is constructed of 12 gauge lead-safe fuschia color coated anodized aluminum wire which is very strong, yet lightweight. Necklace weighs less than 2 ounces, excluding the pendant. Each link has been constructed and assembled entirely by hand. Necklace is approximately 18 inches long, one inch wide, and includes a 2 inch self extender chain and self hook clasp. Pendant portion measures 2 1/2" x 2 1/2", and is not removable. The necklace is very flexible.

I have always admired the Egyptian Swirl necklace and decided to put my own "new twist" to an ancient design using larger 12 gauge aluminum wire. It is difficult to work with but the end result is striking.
