This is a lamp made of four stained glass panels. It was inspired by Mozart's Concerto in E Flat for 2 Pianos. I always think of a crystal-clear spring with a little waterfall when I listen to this piece of music. The lamp is made from irridescent glass in blue pearl color and clear, blue and green glass nuggets. The top rim of the lamp is enevenly shaped to simulate ripples on spring surface.

The lamp is shaped as a diamond with 5-inch sides. The diamond footprint measures 8 by 5 inches and the lamp is about 11 inches tall. It holds a single bulb (up to 40 watts) and has a white cord with a plug and a switch. The lamp was made using the copper foil or "Tiffany" style method - so no lead came was used. The seams are shiny copper color.

I photographed this lamp in different lighting to better display the glass that I used. Glass can look very different under different lighting, color changes can be very drastic. I try to provide photos in various lighting conditions to give people better idea of what my pieces look like.
