The blues in the center, which graduate from light to dark and back again, and the inner border with also blends from light to dark, represent a swimming pool. In the corners are five hand-quilted fish performing a jump from their synchronized swimming routine.

Comes with rod ready to hang on a single nail.

While I was making this I kept trying to think of a name...blue suede shoes, blue notes, blue (insert idea here). When I started doing the hand quilting in the corners, it realized the quilting was in the shape of fish, so made them more defined by alternating a dark blue fish with a medium blue fish. I added glass beads as their eyes, and because it looked like they were jumping out of the blue pool, it made me think of synchronized swimming.
