Solid copper spirals accented with royal blue glass pearls created with Celtic style!

These copper spiral earrings have been created simply by forming milled copper wire into a spiral shape. The top end of the copper spiral has been punched with a small hole and from here it is attached to a large jump ring.

Also attached to the jump ring is a small length of copper wire which is suspended like a pendulum through the copper spiral. This pendulum type copper wire supports a 10 mm royal blue glass pearl.

There's nothing like a little fire to bring about beautiful color in copper and that's exactly what our metal smith has done. The spiral has a warm haze and is beaded at the end.

This whole ensemble hangs from a copper finish ear wire.

The spiral has been with us for ages dating back to the Neolithic age. It has been used as a symbol by many different cultures and still today inspires many different pieces of art work.
