These treasures are so comfortable they feel like an extension of your hand, allowing you hours of writing pleasure. The artist has taken great pains to maintain the natural swirls and sculptural contours of the natural wood so that each remains a work of art. All pen parts are gold, silver, gunmetal gray or anodized blue, and contain a Sheaffer or Cross cartridge. And rest easy...the wood comes from timber farms in Costa Rica, so no forests were pillaged in the creation of these classy writing instruments!
