This quill has been fitted with a brass nib, regular dipping style and easy for anyone to use. It is wrapped with accentuating red ribbon and includes a 1 dram bottle of scented blood-red ink from my own recipe.

Perhaps it was a nocturnal romantic affair, forbidden between two lovers? Letters drafted by gaslight with the only means of ink available?

The whole set comes packaged in a gold, cotton-lined box.
