Fragrance Perfume Pen can be filled with the fragrance of your choice. To fill your perfume pen, unscrew the cap, dip the tip into the fragrance for a minute or two, then replace the cap. The tip "wicks" up the perfume, so there are no spills. To use, simply slide the tip across your skin.
