This little sterling silver, sitting bird measures approx a little less than 3/4 of an inch by 3/4 of an inch. It sits on a 13/4 inch coiled sterling silver branch. The sterling silver chain necklace measures approx 15.5 inches and has approx 2 inches of extender chain. It finishes with a sterling silver lobster claw closure and a sterling silver drop

Someone brought me a tame dove that had flown into a cat refuge and was about to be eaten. I agreed to keep it until it's owner could be located. It is 15 and a half years later and I'm still waiting. His name is, "The Pope" and I love him with all of my heart. If his original owner were to show up now, they would have to take me too. This piece was inspired by him.
