Glass mosaic picture frame with a 4 x 6 inch photo opening. Outside dimensions are 6 1/2 inches by 8 1/2 inches (approximate). Cobalt blue and white glass cover the front of the frame, red glass is on the sides. Grouted with white grout. Frame stands with a wooden dowel inserted into holes drilled into the back. Can be used two ways, as seen in the photos. The base is primed wood.
