Brand new design! Asuper-cute fused-glass slug plant stake! Perfect in the garden, yard, in a flower pot or in a planter. Maybe he will help keep the real slugs off your plants! :) I make each plant stake myself in my home studio by designing each one, cutting the glass to size, assembling/decorating it and firing it in one of my three kilns. Often, pieces are fired multiple times to get the right look. Everything is properly annealed so the glass is strong, very shiny and durable. I also make the metal stake by soldering the pieces and using an epoxy to attach it to the back of the glass. The design is fused in and will not scratch or rub off. Approx size: glass slug is 5-1/4 x 4-1/2 inches. Stake is 18 inches. You can mix and match any of the flower and bug designs you see in my Etsy shop! **If you want your plant stake to last a long time, bring it inside if the weather gets extremely cold and/or windy! ** NOTE: This listing is for the slug design pictured. The slug I have in stock may not be the actual one in the photo. Each slug is handmade so they are all unique and a little different.
