The Quick and Easy Earring Thing is my own invention. Im sure Im not the first one out there to have this idea, it is, after all, a jig, but I made my first one in response to my own desire to have consistently sized and shaped ear wires.

As a fairly new jewelry maker I found it very frustrating to try to make the loops the same distance from the tops of the ear wires, and you know how bad it looks when theyre not!

This jig is made from finishing nails and sections of knitting needles. I used to try to use scraps of wood but have come to really appreciate the quality of the PVC wood substitute and the fact that it can be shipped internationally.

There are video instructions on the front of my studio and I am also very anxious to help my buyers have a positive experience using it.
