Lovely Pink Swirl Psalm 91:1-2 Decoupage Plate. The background paper is in a swirl pattern in two shades of pink on a dollie with Psalm 91:1-2 written on white paper.

The back of the plate is decorated with pink paper.

The edged of the plate is hand painted with several coats of pink paint. Then sealed with a few coats of polyurethane.

The back of the plate is sprayed with several coats of polyurethane to seal it.

Plate measures 8 5/8" from side to side.

The back of the plate is signed, numbered, and has instructions for caring of the plate.

Cleaning instructions, wipe with damp cloth only.

This plate is made with the reverse decoupage method. We start with a clear tempered glass plate, that is new and apply the design to the back side of the glass. Several layers of glue are applied to the back and the edge of the plate to seal it. The edge is then painted in a color of craft paint that compliments the design, frequently we custom blend the paint to get the desired shade. Then we apply several layers of polyurethane to the edge and spray polyurethane on the back to seal the plate.

The plates are primarily for decoration. You can find plate stands to go with your decor. Home improvement stores also sell plate holders that securely hold the plate so it can be hung on the wall without damaging the plate.

Psalm 91 is a powerful scripture to pray over you and your loved ones on a daily basis for protection. It has been one of my favorites for years.
