A stunning lariat necklace of gold plated flattened long and short rectangle link chain is accented with burgundy colored glass pearls.

I have used gold plated headpins with ball ends to wire wrap each pearl individually to the chain.

The necklace is just approximately 40 inches (101.6 cm) in length. The pearls are 10mm in size.

I have shown two different ways that you can wear this necklace. In picture #2, my mannequin Molly is wearing the necklace with a simple single knot tied in the midst of the pearls. The pearls will hold the knot exactly where you tie it.

In picture #3, Molly shows the necklace worn as a shorter lariat. The middle of the necklace is placed at the front of your neck, then wrap the necklace around your neck and back to the front. Now tie a simple knot and you have a shorter necklace. You may want to catch the chain from the 1st wrap in the knot you tie, so that the necklace knot stays in place.

Use your imagination to figure out other ways to wear this lariat necklace.
