This is an awesome aqua blue and silver curly twisted wire necklace! I have used transparent aqua blue double fire polished faceted triangular beads, crystal roundels, and small silver beads on twisted and curled silver wire.

This is one of the more creative pieces that I have designed. I found that it's rather fun forming the silver-plated wire into twists and curls, stringing on beads as I go along.

The focal beads are a lovely sea blue, reminiscent of trips to the Caribbean. They are faceted triangular-shaped beads that have the double aurora borealis (AB) finish on several sides. There are also crystal roundels used for a little added sparkle, and tiny silver beads.

If you've seen my other twisted wire necklaces, this particular one, by comparison, appears to be more delicate than the others because I used a finer gauge wire and the beads are significantly smaller.

The necklace has been finished off with several chain links, iridescent seed beads and more silver beads. The clasp is an easy-to-use "S" type closure.

This necklace measures 20" long, and is sure to be noticed with the vibrant colors of the AB finish and the sparkly crystals reflecting the light. With that great shade of blue, this is going to look outstanding if you have blue eyes, and mighty good even if you don't!

I came up with this wired look one day just playing around with some wire and a dowel. I think it rather catches the eye.
