This one is a curved version of my original Spatula listed in my shop. The curved shaped of these spatulas make them easy to stir and fold ALL the food in your pan. Hand crafted of one piece of hand selected quarter sawn white oak and is finished with my food safe blend of mineral oil and beeswax I call Board Balm. 12 long, 2 at the widest with a silky smooth handle that feels great in your hand.
