A handcrafted hammer textured 1 1/2 x 1" asymmetrical copper heart pendant creates the centerpiece for this handmade chainmaille necklace. The chain has been created using 18 gauge hand sawn and individually woven copper jump rings in the Byzantine chainmaille weave. It has been finished off with a handmade hook and eye clasp and a deep brown patina. The hammer texture in combination with the patina gives the heart a lovely iridescent sheen.
