The Sea Breezes Faux Agate Necklace features a faux agate focal stone in a soft turquoise color with threads of white and purple run through it mixed with a eclectic blend of silver, sea green, purple and aqua beads. The beads are strung on jewelry cable for extra strength and durability and has a lobster claw closure. The completed length of the bracelet is 20 inches with a 2 inch extension chain.

Agates occur in a wide range of colors and with layering in other colors that add to their richness. This effect is achieved in polymer clay by creating a unique mixture of translucent and opaque clays. The depth that you see in the faux agate is the result of that layering. The beads are hand formed, cured and sanded through a series of increasingly finer wet/dry sandpaper, then buffed a beautiful shine. Each of the faux agates measure approximately 3/4 inch long by 1/2 inch wide. A clear acrylic coating is added for added protection.
