This ornament was handmade by me from unwrapping the package of Premo (my preferred brand of polymer clay), through the process of baking and finishing the final product. No paint is used in creating this ornament although a gloss sealer is added to protect and enhance the design.

This Faux Ceramic Tag Ornament measures 3 1/2 inches long by 2 inches wide and starts by combining several colors of clay which into a marbeled ball. The clay is then twisted and rolled in the pasta machine until the clay has a nice marbled appearance. The faux ceramic design is applied to the clay and your design is cut out. After baking, sanding and cleaning up edges, a glaze finish is applied to seal and protect the ornament. Beads are then used to further enhance the design.
