This Kaleidoscope in Blue Heart Pendant is combined with tube beads made using the same kaleidoscope cane capped on either end by a gold eyelet. Four tube beads are combined with cobalt blue and #8 clear glass seed beads strung on a 24 inch nylon coated miniature wire cable. A goldtone toggle closure finishes the piece.

Don't you just love the patterns that you get when you turn the wheel on a kaleidoscope? What makes the patterns so interesting is the repeating elements. Imagine reproducing those repeating elements in a polymer clay cane! That's exactly how this pendant was made. Multiple polymer clay elements were combined into a pattern, then cut in sections and combined again to create a kaleidoscope cane. Slices of that cane are then laid out in a pattern and the heart is cut out. The back is textured and each pendant is signed and dated.
