This decorative pen holder is the perfect addition to your desk or work table or for the person on your gift list who would rather be by the sea! It would also be great for paint brushes or kitchen utensils. This Mosaic Images Pen Holder is not personalized, but can be custom ordered with an initial to make it an even more personal gift.

The internal structure of this pen holder is a piece of pvc pipe with a wooden disc cut to fit the bottom. A background blend of earth-toned polymer is enhanced by the addition of stamped images, raised mosaic "tiles" and swirls. A combination of glazes give the finished piece the appearance of faux raku pottery. The design runs all the way around the pen holder. After the pen holder is cured, an acrylic glaze and gold highlights are added to bring out the details. A clear acrylic glaze is added to protect and bring out the richness of the textures.
