This pendant is made using a combination of techniques. A special color laser transfer is permanently applied to the slightly domed center piece, which is then stacked on a custom blended polymer clay foundation piece. Texture is added and a "frame" is developed using extruded rolls of polymer clay commonly referred to as "snakes". Additional extruded clay is coiled to create a decorative finish. An acrylic glaze with a metallic green additive is added to protect and enhance the finish. Metal eyelets are added for a good finishing touch and to add strength to the hanging holes.



This pendant measures approximately 2 inches across and 2 inches high. Because of the unique properties of polymer clay, the pendant is very lightweight. Each piece is signed and dated.
