Mediterranean Tapestry

Ceramic center pendant is by Tracee of Classic Bead. I bought it a very long time ago, years, and just this week knew what I wanted to do with it! The color, elegant roughness of it and pattern reminded me of the countries along the Mediterranean Coast, especially France and Italy.

The rectangular ceramic bead is by Lisa Peters Art and was a recent purchase, but it just happened to be a perfect addition.

Organically shaped and faceted Green Garnet go up the right side with some bone accents and Lisa's bead. The left side features Australian Green Lace Agate that pick up the green and blueish hues. They remind me of patterned fabric.

Dangling to the side of the centerpiece is some rondelles of faceted Green Garnet, an Austrian crystal flower, pearl and an old brass piece that I've set with a surprise! I have this stash of vintage unset shell Cameos and I thought one lady would look quite at home there. Indeed she does seem to be, doesn't she?!
