Amitie's delicate and vintage feel were created in this lovely French Blue Lapis pendant with the addition of a delicate filigree and a vintage crystal button from my collection.

Even the reverse of the pendant gets a little sparkle with two Swarovski crystals in case the pendant flips while wearing or just as a surprise for the wearer.

I've strung it with Sterling Silver jump rings on an 18 inch Sterling Silver Venetian box chain. The chain is one of my favorites for comfort and looks.

The Pacific Northwest ArtFire Guild hosted a challenge in celebration of Independence Day which both Canada and the U.S. celebrate the beginning of July. This was my entry. I wanted to pay tribute to the French for their assistance in gaining our independence in 1776. Amitie means "friendship" in French.
