The optional needle felting accents on the stockinette brands makes this cardigan one-of-a-kind. Lacy cable and ribbon or I-cord ties add to the overall effect. The cardigan is knit in one piece to the underarm and is then divided for fronts and back. The sleeves are knit in the round.

MerLin 30% Wet Spun Linen / 70% Merino Wool

3.5 mm circular needle (30 & 80 cm)
4.0 mm circular needle (30 & 80 cm)

deluxe needle felting tool (optional)
foam block for needle felting (optional)
1/2 inch buttons - 3
1/4 inch satin ribbon - approximately 10 feet (optional)

26 sts & 36 rows = 4 inches over pattern stitches
