These colorful bags are as fun to felt as they are to carry. They knit up quickly and easily using either Bonnie or Clyde yarn, or both. Both yarns are a multi-colored Chunky Weight, with Bonnie being a smooth yarn and Clyde a boucle. Felting enables the colors to "blend" to produce a spectacular effect.

These bags have been designed in 8 different sizes to hold a laptop and all related accessories. The smaller bags help to protect your camera, sunglasses etc. from being knocked around or scratched in a larger tote bag. The sizes of these bags can easily be adjusted (see note before Instructions); keep in mind that your laptop should fit snugly inside the bag.

Bonnie 90% Wool / 10% Silk
50 gram skein / 88 yds
Bulky / Chunky Wt. (Bulky #5)

Needles and Materials

5.0 mm straight needle
6.0 mm straight needle
5.0 mm circular (40 cm)
6.0 mm circular (40 cm)
4.0 mm crochet hook (for loops)
buttons (2 each for Laptop Bag and Accessory Bag 1, 1 each for remaining Bags)

16 inch zipper for Bag 4

Gauge

Unfelted Gauge: 14 sts & 20 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch on larger needle.

Felted Gauge: 17 sts & 26 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch on larger needle.
