Needles and Materials

3.0 mm circular needle (80 cm)
3.25 mm circular needle (80 cm)
3.5 mm circular needle (80 cm) for turning rnd of waistband
3.0 mm crochet hook
1 inch elastic for waistband

Gauge

24 sts & 32 rows = 4 inches reverse stockinette stitch
