Made with a horse show ribbon from my own collection that has been up-cycled and transformed into a lovely ribbon flower hair clip. This clip is about 3 1/2" in size and is made with a variety of silk flowers sewn onto the ribbon back with a button center.

The last picture shows an example of the type of clip used.

I decided it was time to stop packing around all these keepsakes from my youth but it seemed a shame just to toss them out when they are so pretty so I decided to up-cycle them into festive accessories and decorations instead. I went to quite a few horse shows in my time, though, so there's still way too many for me to keep for myself. I've given some to friends and family and now others get to benefit from my excess. :)
