When I threw the rubber snake into the prop bag for the days shoot, I had no idea we were going to end up in the Garden of Eden. But that is the joy of collaborating with a model (the talented Jaime) and letting the ideas flow naturally doing a shoot. Actually I wasn't sure this would be Eve and not some other snake-involved mythic figure until I really took some time to listen to the image and where it wanted to go.

The orchard is from a relative's house in Minnesota.
