This rustic-but-elegant necklace meaures approximately 22" in length. I will happily adjust the length, should it be necessary, upon purchase. The closure is a standard barrel clasp, which has been knotted on. The knots are glued to prevent them coming undone.



"Ruby" is strung on hemp. The pendant is an elegant, vintage button, and 2 glass beads are knotted into place on either side of the necklace. The button is held in place by a filigree that complements the hemp beautifully.



This necklace is truly one of a kind, as I'm pretty sure the button I used cannot be found again.

"Ruby" is unique. Ruby wanders the forest by night and sleeps by day. She is so powerful that she can subsist on but one, potent drop of blood. Ruby delights in the feel and smell of pine needles and collects earth as though it were jewels. Some might say Ruby is eccentric, but others know she is wise.
