The book is in very good shape, considering its age. Slight staining on the front cover. The bottom edge of the back cover is slightly dented. Only the top edge of the pages has retained its gilt, though on this book it's flaking. Pages inside are in good shape. Fly leaf shows some staining around the edges. All pages are present and unmarked, otherwise. Binding is unbroken.
