The book is in very good shape, considering its age. The gilt on the top edge of the pages has been scraped a tiny bit. Pages inside are in good shape. Some pages show creasing at the top. There is some water damage to the flyleaf and the first few pages. All pages are present. The binding is broken toward the front and back, but the pages are staying in place.
