The book is in very excellent shape, considering its age. The gilt on the top edge of the pages has been preserved. The front cover has some slight dents along the bottom edge. The bottom edge of the pages shows some scuffing. The pages inside are all in very good shape. The blank page after the index is torn at the bottom. All pages are present, and the binding is unbroken.
