Product Description
Peter Piper's Practical Principles of Plain and Perfect Pronunciation, Published in London in 1902, Grant Richards. 95 pages. #17 of the Dumpy Books for Children series.

Cloth cover, tannish with red stripes and printing. This appears to be the 2nd printing (November, 1902.) I believe the 1st printing had green stripes and print. The book is in fair shape, considering the age of the book. There is some writing in pencil on either side of the page immediately in the front of the book. I have chosen not to erase it, because I don't want to damage the book further.

The book is pretty much falling apart. The pages themselves are fine and in good shape and are unmarked, but they are coming loose from the binding. The binding is broken. Fortunately, the pages are not falling out. They are still connected to the binding, for the most part. The very last page of the book is loose of the binding, unfortunately.

The price may seem high, but this is a very rare book The only one I could find in my searches was the 1st printing copy. That was going for 3 times what I'm charging. Most references to this book have it in collections (library, university) in the US and Europe. I took all of this and its condition into consideration in pricing it. I am willing to entertain offers.
