This card depicts the Flatiron Building in Atlanta, Georgia in what I estimate to be the mid-late 1930s.

The yellowing in the photos is not accurate. WHile there is some yellowing due to age, it is fairly faint. There are some smudges on the back along the right hand edge. The card is unused and is numbered 117614.

The card measures approximately 3.25" x 5.25" (8.3cm x 13.3cm.)
