This is a sterling silver wire pendant with 4mm red, white (clear), and blue crystals and 2mm sterling silver beads. I wrapped the crystals and sterling beads around the oval wire frame and hung the crystals from a loop inside the frame. The pendant is 1-1/2 inches (38mm) from the top of the bail to the bottom and is 1 inch (25mm) at the widest point. This would look great on a sterling chain or a leather necklace.
