This classic necklace is made up of a large Apatite Tear Drop pendant that has been wrapped with sterling silver. The coloring of this beautiful pendant is a mottled blue green and is gorgeous. The accompanying beauty is comprised of Apatite spheres and reconstituted Larimar. Reconstituted is when chips and powder is ground and mixed with a resin to form the beads. No matter how these beads were created they are in fact lovely and are the perfect companion to the Apatite. The finishing touches are sterling silver seed beads and clasp. The artist has rearranged the sterling silver wrapping, that was present when the pendant was purchased, on the pendant to be more pleasing to the eye. The sterling silver clasp on the other hand has been created by her.

The length of this lovely necklace is 23-1/2 inches, the length of the pendant (including the bail) is 2-1/8 inches and the weight is a surprisingly 2.35 ounces (67 grams).

The gem stones and silver that make-up the necklace are:
* the Apatite Tear Drop dimensions are 1-7/8 inches x 1-9/16 inches x 1/4 inches (43mm x 39mm x 12mm)
* the Apatite spheres are 1/4 inches (10mm) in diameter
* the Larimar spheres are 5/16 inches (7mm) in diameter
* the Sterling Silver Seed beads are 1/8 inches (3mm) in diameter

The artist has asked me to add a note to all of her creations; mentioning that if you like the design but would like different colors all you need do is inquire.

She roams the globe looking for the perfect beads and stones, that she then combines into these stunning creations. Each stone is hand-picked and positioned by the artist as she creates beauty that flows harmoniously from one feature to the next.
