Vintage Austrian rhinestones. Special reflective finish - depends on the angle whether you see emerald ,deep magenta or both. I'm not mathmatition enough to know if the shape has a geometric name. The only thing I can tell you is that it is unusual. They are 22x16mm from the longest and widest points. The packaging identifies them as Art.4740, Gold, Electra.

I couldn't resist them when I saw them but they have been in my stash for a while and I need the space.
