FREE SHIPPING! I drew this original pencil drawing of a cockatiel who narrowing escapes danger but leaves behind a pile of feathers and a small mess of spilled coffee. I was inspired by my own cockatiel Bebe, who loves to irritate my larger parrot, Royal.

Once in awhile Royal decides that he's had enough and lunges for Bebe, usually grabbing his tail and trying to cause a bit of damage to the smaller bird. They are always supervised by my husband and I so Bebe is rescued but occasionally Royal is faster than we are.

I drew it as a close up to the site of the attack several minutes afterwards. As you can see in the background, the cockatiel has found a safe place on top of a mirror.

The scan image leaves out some the better shading in the surrounding area and the detail work is much better in person. My scanner usually does a much better job, everything on my site is scanned with the same unit, but this picture didn't fare as well. The quality of the this pencil drawing is equal to the others I'm displaying. It comes unmatted 9 x 12 size.
