This adorable cloche has a double flower. It has a larger flower with a smaller one tucked on top of it and stitched onto the hat with the grey in the center to match the hat. This cloche is sized for from 5 years old through small adult. I crochet every hat that you see modeled specific to your request. I can make this in a baby size, toddler, 5 through small lady and medium to large size.

The stitch pattern is hard to capture in a photo but it is an open weave with shells throughout and a scalloped edge around the entire hat. Since it is open weave it can be worn during 3 seasons.

I chose a yarn that is acrylic and super soft against the skin because it is so important to protect a tots delicate skin from an itchy, abrasive wool!

I also chose this yarn because it is easy to care for. Busy moms need all the help they can get and the last thing they want to do is hand wash a cloche. This yarn is machine washable and dryable too.:-)

At the family reunion these hats were a huge success with both young and old. I took pictures of the 5 year old who models like she sees on TV I think? How cute of a pose is she in the 5th picture. Then I have a teen who loved the hat and of course the older 7 year old sister had to get her picture taken too as seen in picture 8 here. You will not be getting this hat sent to you as I have obviously had fun with it with the family and of course each one of them walked off with a hat! :-)
