This Thunderbird Necklace was originally made for one of my best customers on Etsy. It is a companion piece to the Thunderbird earrings in a previous listing.



The pendant is of a traditional Native American style and is beaded using brick stitch. The thunderbird appears in a pattern in the pendant fringe.



The Thunderbird is often known as the Thunder Being. Thunder Beings have strong power. The Thunder Beings are symbolic of the power within the thunder and lightning, the thunder is the Great Spirits earth voice. It represents overcoming impossible odds, reincarnation, new life, renewal, spiritual growth, strength and energy.



The bead work in the Thunderbird pendant measures 3. The necklace portion is made from some of the same beads as the earrings with some larger color coordinated beads added for textural interest.



The necklace is 25 inches long and requires no clasp. Simply slip it over your head.



The colors include Pumpkin,yellow, sky blue, red and black. However, should you prefer a different color combination, or a different length, please convo me and I would be honored to bead one just for you!
