I beaded this bracelet to combine the symbolism of both the Medicine Wheel and the Turtle Totem.

The bracelet is done in the tradiitonal peyote stitch using colors of the Turtle and Medicine wheel. Delica seed beads were used in this creation.

The beaded portion of the bracelet is 6 1/4 inches. The copper lobster claw and 2 1/2 inch copper chain make it possible for this bracelet to fit wrists up to 8 1/2 inches.

Should you require the bracelet to be shorter or longer, I will be happy to custom bead one to meet your specifications.

The Turtle is the oldest of all symbols. It personifies the eternal Mother from which life evolves. The Turtle is a teacher of being grounded. The Turtle moves through both the land and sea in a composed manner. Combining the Turtle Totem with the Red Road of the Medicine Wheel is a wonderful reminder of the need to control one's own destiny.
