My first love is clay. I love getting muddy. I throw on my potter's wheel and I handbuild and often I combine the two. Lately I've been spending time having fun making scrabble and glass tile pendants. This piece combines the clay with the scrabble. The image is a photo that I took of a ceramic serving dish that I created. Butterflies are my favorite and this one has a swalltail fluttering around.
