Dont just think of our cabinet as a spice cupboard use your imagination. It could be used as an additional cabinet in your kitchen to catch the overflow from your other cabinets. It can be used in your home office to hold your digital camera, ipods, cellphones, chargers, etc. It can also be used to hold your art or sewing supplies. This spice cupboard is handcrafted from 3/4" poplar. It features scalloped boards on top and bottom and has two adjustable shelves. The door has a raised panel and is held closed with a hand carved latch. Our cupboard also has cove, dential and quarter round moldings. The sides also have a slight chamfer.

The finish starts with slightly distressing the wood, then two coats of latex paint is applied. We then lightly sand to reveal parts of the wood and then hand wipe on a coat of walnut stain. Finally, we add several coats of butchers wax for protection. The holidays will soon be here, treat yourself or someone special to this unique gift.
