This sweet baby quilt has a very simple patchwork consisting of large rectangles of reproduction vintage fabrics. The quilting is all done by machine and follows the lines of the patchwork. The front panels feature a bubblegum pink background with tiny white polkadots, small white doodle flowers and larger round flowers with minty green shading. The opposite panels have the same minty green background with a speckle of darker green in between larger white leaves. The backing fabric is a printed honeycomb quilt of all different patterns, the prominent colors being pink and green. This is a great quilt for a little girls room or to bring along as a soft, clean surface for your baby to play wherever you go. These make wonderful shower gifts!



All quilts are approximately 33" X 42" and made from 100% cotton fabric. The batting is cotton with a small amount of polyester to reduce bunching after washing. All quilted items have a light amount of stitching; the designs allow the fabric print patterns to stand on their own. The fabrics used are all authentic reproductions of 1920's through 1940's designs. The retro colors and soft details make for a warm and inviting look in any nursery, but especially those trying to tie in with an older home.



To Clean: Gentle cycle machine wash in cold water. Machine dry on low heat or hang.

After searching through baby superstores for one baby shower gift after another, I realized that there was nothing on the market that suited my taste. Most items screamed "THIS IS THE BABY'S ROOM" and living in an older home I knew I would want something a little more subtle. After stumbling upon fabrics in reproductions of 1920's through 1940's prints, I decided to start making my own gifts. They were a hit and the requests started coming.
