Make your own beaded micro macrame Bracelet!

This pattern has two levels and can be varied in very many ways. Make it wider or narrower, give the "bed" a more airy or more brick-like look. Beads in the upper layer can be varied for many, many different looks - you can even get a little bit sculptural with it. You are limited only by your imagination. I provide some ideas at the end of the pattern. (Instructions are written for the green and teal bracelet in photos).

I suggest having some micro macrame experience - at least intermediate level. Although, I do give very detailed instructions so some beginners may do all right. I would be interested in any feedback you may have about the difficulty level - I have been using this technique so very long that I am not so objective anymore.

This kit includes instructions and materials to make an 8-inch "Tapestry" Bracelet (like the green and teal one in photos). If you just want the patterns, see "Pattern - Tapestry Bracelet" in the "Just the Patterns" section of this shop.

NOTE: The finished bracelets in photos are for ILLUSTRATIVE purposes only (not included with kit).

KIT INCLUDES (Everything else you see in 1st photo):

1. Cord - C-lon nylon beading cord in orange (for background) and brown (for edging).. I applied clear fingernail polish to all the ends to get you started. (Reapply as needed - I tell you how in the pattern).

2. Size 6 seed beads in color-inside peach.

3. Bugle beads in transparent matte brown.

4. Size 11 seed beads in 3 colors (I provide enough in each color for you to decide which are for the background, edging and top layer) - rainbow transparent yellow, color inside peach, and transparent matte brown.

5. Gold-plated lobster claw clasp and split rings.

6. Patterns/instructions in pdf to be emailed to you. If your preferred email address is different from the one on your Etsy account, please leave your preferred email address in comments to seller during checkout. If you would prefer a paper copy printed out and mailed with the kit, please contact me prior to checkout, and I will make a "Reserved for..." listing just for you. (Paper copy will cost $2.00 extra for printing and postage costs.)

NOTE: You will need a work surface (i.e. cork board, old style Puzzle Pad mouse pad, etc) scissors, and glue. Maybe some clear fingernail polish if you are rough on the cord ends.
