Finding these Agatized Fossil Coral beads at a show about 6 months ago has caused me much grief. These stones sat on the top of my desk (where I could look at them) just waiting for their design to be imagined. For weeks I have thought of ideas, started and stopped, ripped out, started again. This design came to me after I created another one of my netted necklaces. The design of that necklace made me look up and realize this design. Using only Swarovski Crystals and Gold Plated Findings I created ~Golden Shadows of Burnt Amber. This hand stitch necklace has well over 450 Swarovski Crystals in it and when you add in the bracelet and earrings there are well over 500 crystals. Even with all the crystals and wonderful stones this necklace is still very light and comfortable to wear.
