I use professional acid dyes designed for protein fbers. These colors will last and last, and will be perfect for your next small project. I am a "scientific dyer", and I mix my colors entirely from the three primaries: red, blue and yellow, plus black. All of my colors are created by percentages, and yet all color combinations are a surprise!

Rich colors are always my favorite, and I was inspired by another artist's work with this colorway! The painting I saw was shimmering with turquoise and maple-gold and I had to recreate them on wool. Touches of rose, mahogany and green with light areas for contrast are going to be a gorgeous spin!
