A fabulous red and black ceramic, heart shaped pendant creates a stunning focal point for this unique handmade necklace.

The amazing heart shaped pendant is handmade by Yolanda's Clay. We all expect a heart to be red, but what takes this heart to the next level are the fabulous spirals of black that twine their way throughout the heart, like the young tendrils of a climbing plant. The edges of the heart are also outlined in black, with a little margin of the cream colored ceramic peeking out from the outer perimeter. The back of the heart is cream colored. The pendant is suspended from a sterling silver bail.

Three strands of red and black glass beads frame and highlight the artisan heart shaped pendant. The red tube beads (also known as "bugle beads") have a subtle reflective quality that makes them glimmer a bit in the light. The black glass beads are faceted for a bit of reflected light as well.

The three strands feed into beautiful sterling silver cones and emerge as one strand at the back of the neck. The single strand portion has slightly larger faceted black beads, offset by 4 mm round red beads.

Even the sterling silver clasp was thoughtfully chosen. Its spiral shape beautifully echoes the spirals on the heart.

The TANGO TONIGHT necklace brings to mind flamenco dancers or the pulse of a hot tango. Wearing it is certain to make you feel amazing and beautiful! Maybe you'll even want to get up and dance!

TANGO TONIGHT is about 17" (43 cm) long. The heart pendant is about 2.5" (6.4 cm) long.
