Made of cotton quilting fabrics. It has 36 panels forming the 12 on top, the 12 purple panels within the twist, and the 12 blue panels on the bottom. There are a hand sewn ribbon placket and fuschia shaped fabric beads on a red rattail cord. The interior bag is formed with rayon lining stuff in a light pink.

About 5 inches wide, and stretches about that high. The interior pouch is about 2 and 1/2 inches in diameter and 5 inches high.
