Cupcakes Birthday Card Set of 4 with Hand Drawn Cupcakes

Product Description

This is a set of 4 hand made note cards.

These cards were a joint effort between my 15 year old daughter and me.

I cut these cards from white card stock.

The front of each card is covered in a pale blue scrapbooking paper, except for a white border left around the edges.

On top of that is a piece of white card stock with a hand drawn cup cake. That is where my daughter came in. She is the artist who drew the cupcakes

Each card has the hand stamped message "Thank You" at the center of a bue die cut flower.

These cards are blank inside and come with envelopes.

They measure 4 1/4" by 5 1/2".

This is a one of a kind set.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

I made this story for the Cardmakers of Artfire Guild Challenge for the month of May 2012.

Each month our guild leader, LaurasCrafts gives us a new challenge.

This month our challenge was "something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue".

It did not have to be wedding themed, but interpreted how we chose.

The something old is by rubber stamp and the scrapbooking paper I have had for a while.

The something new is the cupcake ribbon.

The something borrowed is my daughter's art work.....I commissioned her to draw cupcakes for me to match the ribbon.

The something blue is the die cut flower.
